Hello!

I am going to start this off by saying....I have no idea what I am doing. That's it. I won't lie. I'm not sure I have any right to start a blog really, but here I am! And I am putting that out there because I know I am not the only one who struggles with that feeling. And do you know why?

Meet Impostor Syndrome. A sneaky feeling of constantly doubting your accomplishments with a heaping side of persistent fear that you will be exposed as a "fraud". Impostor syndrome can make you constantly feel like you are one mistake away from losing it all, or that you don't even deserve to have it all in the first place. But can I tell you the one thing that I use to combat that sneaky joy stealing feeling? Sometimes you just have to remind yourself, you don't have to be the expert and that is perfectly ok. It really is. You are allowed to have successes even if you think you are not at the same level as your idols. And you know what, a lot of your idols probably deal with impostor syndrome too.

So, with the understanding out of the way that I am in no way a blogging master, welcome and hello! I am Sara, the photographer at Three Redheads and a Moose Photography. I am a french vanilla coffee addict, a cat, dog, and horse mom, a believer in the curly girl method, and a lover of all things purple. I am a serious introvert, and you are most likely to find me at the barn or at home working on edits. I live on barn time in that I say, "oh I'll just be an hour" and five hours later my fiance is asking if I even know how to tell time at all. My dogs are the reason why I get up every day and are the reason I even perused an interest in photography as I attempted to make them Instagram famous (oh yeah, judge away haha).

This blog is going to be a place for me to share client sessions, DIY's that I have enjoyed, tips and tricks for prepping for a photo session, and interviews with fellow creatives. I am excited to have a new avenue to serve and get to know my clients, as well as help foster a community with other creatives and entrepreneurs! I can't wait to start sharing more with you.

All my love,

Sara
